17-year-old Chloee Rae is a rising star in the country-pop scene, known for her heartfelt lyrics, dynamic stage presence, and undeniable talent. A multi-instrumentalist, she plays piano, guitar, ukulele, cajon, and banjo. Whether she's performing solo or sharing the stage, Chloee brings a rare authenticity and energy to every performance.

Chloee has graced stages across the country lighting up rodeos, festivals, children's hospitals, radio stations, college and national sporting events. This event also introduces The Layers Project, a new chapter within TMP’s Music Heals Program, dedicated to creating personalized "Songs of Hope" for children in hospitals. These songs are crafted by patients, therapists, and musicians to serve as a lasting source of comfort and strength, long after their hospital stay.
